Business Function Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities - Perform Transfer Agency Roles and functions. - Carries out appropriate and regular screening of Fund Investors and review all identification records - Authorise transactions and payments input by processing staff. - Attend to auditor / customer / external parties’ queries. - Investigation and rectification of problems / errors. - Compilation / collection of transactions / processing statistics. - Update of procedures / BCP / DRP manuals. - Participate in system enhancements and projects. Requirements - University graduate with minimum 6 years working experience in a relevant role. - Knowledge of Transfer Agency Services including varies Performance computation, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and FATCA/CRS reporting - Able to work under pressure and extended working hours where necessary. - Able to communicate effectively (verbal & written) with product owner, external customers, counterparties and internal BUs. - Good team worker/leader, show initiative, support others in the team as necessary.
