<p>Our mission is to&nbsp;<strong>turn students and recent graduates into world-class software engineers in just a few months.</strong></p> <p>We aim to help you find a job at Encora and build a better career path.</p> <p>Our program equips you with the essential skills to&nbsp;navigate <strong>real-life&nbsp;scenarios </strong>that you can later apply with larger teams and clients</p> <p>------------------------</p> <p><strong>What is AWS re/Start</strong><strong>?</strong></p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">A <strong>free</strong>, cohort-based <strong>training program that helps students launch careers in the cloud.</strong></p> <p style="padding-left: 40px;">It prepares learners for entry to mid-level cloud roles through hands-on, real-world training and professional skills development, and connects them with potential employers.</p> <p>------------------------</p> <h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li>A) Being at least in the middle of your career or a recent graduate of IT-related careers, such as Software Development, Mechatronics, or other related fields.&nbsp;&nbsp; <ul> <li><strong>B) Or</strong>&nbsp;having some experience with programming (at least six months), please include your personal projects in your resume besides the boot camps, workshops, courses you might have taken, etc.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> <li>English B1/B2.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Internships don't count as working experience, but please include them in your resume.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Have at least five hours available during the day.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Mexican nationality or permanent resident.
