Today, it integrates advanced cloud infrastructure and Generative AI to streamline global trading workflows and compliance.&nbsp;</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions</li> <li>Support the design, implementation, and enhancement of AXIOM regulatory reporting solutions</li> <li>Analyze and optimize data flows, transformations, and reporting processes</li> <li>Perform data mapping, reconciliation, and quality validation activities</li> <li>Support regulatory report generation and exception management processes</li> <li>Participate in business process modeling and documentation efforts</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and technology teams</li> <li>Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and reporting standards</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and data quality</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field</li> <li>MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP) are considered an asset</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams</li> <li>Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools</li> <li>Deep knowledge of the business lifecycle for Capital Markets products</li> <li>Deep knowledge of Brazilian regulatory reports, including DLO, DLI, CADOCs (4010, 4060, 4510 and others), SCR3040, DRL, and DRM.</li> <li>Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and reporting standards, including Basel III/IV, BCBS 239, COREP &amp; FINREP, LCR &amp; NSFR, CCAR, Dodd-Frank, EMIR, MiFID II, and ESG Reporting.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with ControllerView, data models and metadata management, rules development, data mapping and transformation, workflow configuration, data lineage, data quality controls, reconciliation processes, regulatory report generation, and exception management.</li> <li>Strong understanding of data management concepts, including SQL fundamentals, database design, ETL processes, data quality management, and data reconciliation.</li> </ul> <h3>Nice to have</h3> <ul> <li>Previous experience with AXIOMSL solutions</li> <li>Previous experience supporting Capital Markets platforms and regulatory initiatives</li> <li>CBAP or similar Business Analysis certifications</li> <li>Experience within highly regulated banking environments</li> <li>Knowledge of enterprise data governance practices</li> </ul> <h3>Language level</h3> <p>Advanced English Proficiency<br>Intermediate Spanish is considered a plus</p> <p><strong>Work Type:</strong> Remote</p> <h3>Legal &amp; Hiring Information</h3> <ul> <li>Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more</li> <li>Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions</li> <li>Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
