Reg 347 of the Environmental Protection Act, and all other applicable laws and regulations.&nbsp; Duties will include, but are not limited to:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Operating:</span></li> <ul> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">AZ class tractor trailer combinations including dry vans, vacuum tankers, roll-off trailer and dump trailer.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">DZ class straight truck equipment.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">G Class straight truck equipment.</span></li> </ul> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Paperwork:&nbsp; The compliant completion of all movement documentation, including work orders, bills of lading and waste manifests.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Safety Marks:&nbsp; The compliant application of TDGA safety marks on all means of containment, including labels and placards.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods from Canada to the United States, ensuring compliance with all cross-border regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Loading:&nbsp; The Company service program provides clients with turnkey solutions, often requiring the manual self-loading and unloading of containerized waste materials for transport.&nbsp; This position is laborious and requires you to be physically capable.&nbsp; You are responsible for the loading process, load securement, and for its safety during transport.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Customer Service:&nbsp; This role is equal parts operator and customer service representative.&nbsp; You are required to be presentable, industrious and professional on customer sites, engaging clients with courtesy.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">You will, at all times, faithfully, industriously and to the best of your skill, ability, and experience, perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">In carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the position, you will comply with all Company policies, procedures, rules and regulations, both written and oral, as announced by the Company from time to time.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;"><span style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif; font-size: 14pt;">Your normal hours of work will vary, with a minimum of 70 hours over a 2-week period.&nbsp; Overtime is mandatory and will comply with Ontario Ministry of Transportation Hours of Service Regulations.
