Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Batch Migration &amp; Automation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Convert legacy <strong>mainframe batch jobs (JCL)</strong> into <strong>PowerShell scripts</strong></li> <li>Analyze and interpret JCL, GDG, and PDS structures to replicate functionality in Azure</li> <li>Automate <strong>daily, weekly, and monthly batch cycles</strong> using Azure-native tools</li> <li>Ensure job dependency management, sequencing, and scheduling</li> </ul> <p><strong>Azure Infrastructure &amp; Operations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deploy and manage Azure resources to support batch workloads</li> <li>Configure and maintain compute, storage, and networking components</li> <li>Optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency</li> </ul> <p><strong>Monitoring, Logging &amp; Reliability</strong></p> <ul> <li>Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting using <strong>Azure Monitor and Application Insights</strong></li> <li>Ensure high availability and reliability of batch processes</li> <li>Troubleshoot failures and perform root cause analysis</li> </ul> <p><strong>Security &amp;
