The B Technician will play a crucial role in performing maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on a variety of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring the optimal functioning of equipment and vehicles. <div>Responsibilities:</div>
<div>- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment, vehicles, or machinery to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning.</div>
<div>- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical problems and develop effective solutions.</div>
<div>- Perform repairs, replacements, and adjustments on mechanical components, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, and steering systems.</div>
<div>- Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to troubleshoot complex issues and recommend appropriate repairs.</div>
<div>- Collaborate with team members to coordinate repair schedules and ensure efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.</div>
<div>- Document all repairs, maintenance procedures, and parts used accurately and efficiently.</div>
<div>- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while working to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.</div>
<div>- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and techniques to enhance technical knowledge and skills.</div>
<div>- Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' concerns and inquiries in a professional manner.</div>
<div>- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, tools, and equipment.</div>

<div>Requirements:</div>
<div>- High school diploma or equivalent; Technical or vocational training/certification in automotive technology or related field is preferred.</div>
<div>- Proven experience as a technician, mechanic, or similar role.</div>
<div>- Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and tools for mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.</div>
<div>- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, vehicle components, and repair techniques.</div>
<div>- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.</div>
<div>- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and clients.</div>
<div>- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.</div>
<div>- Physical stamina and agility to perform tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.</div>
<div>- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.</div>
