This role is heavily focused on <strong>driving usage, upsell, and expansion within existing accounts</strong>. You are not just maintaining relationships- you are <strong>actively growing them</strong>.</p> <p>You’ll work closely with clients to:</p> <ul> <li>&lt;point&gt;Increase active usage and transaction volumes.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Upsell additional Bolt for Business products and verticals.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Identify scalable opportunities and replicate success across accounts.&lt;/point&gt;</li> </ul> <p>This is a <strong>high-energy, proactive role</strong> suited for someone who is hungry, comfortable with frequent communication, and motivated by measurable growth outcomes.</p> <p>&lt;/text&gt;<br>&lt;/gh-role-detail&gt;<br><br></p> <p>&lt;gh-responsibilities&gt;</p> <p>&lt;title&gt;<strong>Main tasks and responsibilities:</strong>&lt;/title&gt;</p> <p>&lt;bulletpoints&gt;</p> <ul> <li>&lt;point&gt;Own and grow a portfolio of existing business clients with a strong focus on usage growth, upsell, and expansion.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Proactively engage customers through regular calls, meetings, and visits, maintaining a high activity level.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Identify opportunities to scale Bolt Business usage across multiple verticals (e.g. Ride Hailing, Bolt Drive, Bolt Food and other Bolt products) within existing accounts.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Actively push adoption of new features, products, and use cases to drive higher volumes.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Take full ownership of customer performance, advising on optimal use cases to maximize value and retention.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Develop and execute account growth plans focused on increasing volume and revenue from existing clients.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Promptly handle customer queries while continuously steering conversations toward growth opportunities.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Support, Product, Account Managers, and Country Managers to unlock upsell and expansion opportunities.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Support onboarding of new clients while ensuring fast ramp-up and early growth.&lt;/point&gt;</li> </ul> <p>&lt;/bulletpoints&gt;<br>&lt;/gh-responsibilities&gt;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&lt;gh-requirements&gt;</p> <p>&lt;title&gt;<strong>About you:</strong>&lt;/title&gt;</p> <p>&lt;bulletpoints&gt;</p> <ul> <li>&lt;point&gt;You have at least 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a similar B2B role.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;You are hungry, driven, and comfortable with a high volume of calls and customer interactions.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;You have a proven track record of growing existing accounts, increasing usage, and driving upsell.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;You naturally identify opportunities and know how to scale them across accounts and segments.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;You take strong ownership of results and push initiatives forward independently.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;You communicate confidently in Latvian and English and can build trust quickly with stakeholders.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;You are hands-on, proactive, and motivated by clear targets and measurable impact.&lt;/point&gt;</li> </ul> <p>&lt;/bulletpoints&gt;<br>&lt;text&gt;</p> <p>Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
