<h2><strong>B2B Account Manager, Bolt for Business</strong></h2>
<p>We’re looking for a <strong>growth-driven Account Manager</strong> to join our Bolt Business team in Latvia. This role is heavily focused on <strong>driving usage, upsell, and expansion within existing accounts</strong>. You’ll be on the front line with customers, making a high volume of activities, spotting opportunities, and scaling them across accounts and verticals.</p>
<p>As the face of Bolt Business, you will work closely with key businesses, deeply understand their operations, and actively push adoption and growth of Bolt’s products.</p>
<p>The salary range for this role is between €2,500 - €3,500 monthly fixed + 25% quarterly bonus structure + equity.</p>

<p>As an Account Manager, you’ll own the <strong>commercial growth, retention and expansion</strong> of an assigned portfolio of well known business customers. You are not just maintaining relationships- you are <strong>actively growing them</strong>.</p>
<p>You’ll work closely with clients to:</p>
<ul>
<li><point>Increase active usage and transaction volumes.</point></li>
<li><point>Upsell additional Bolt for Business products and verticals.</point></li>
<li><point>Identify scalable opportunities and replicate success across accounts.</point></li>
</ul>
<p>This is a <strong>high-energy, proactive role</strong> suited for someone who is hungry, comfortable with frequent communication, and motivated by measurable growth outcomes.</p>

<li><point>Own and grow a portfolio of existing business clients with a strong focus on usage growth, upsell, and expansion.</point></li>
<li><point>Proactively engage customers through regular calls, meetings, and visits, maintaining a high activity level.</point></li>
<li><point>Identify opportunities to scale Bolt Business usage across multiple verticals (e.g. Ride Hailing, Bolt Drive, Bolt Food and other Bolt products) within existing accounts.</point></li>
<li><point>Actively push adoption of new features, products, and use cases to drive higher volumes.</point></li>
<li><point>Take full ownership of customer performance, advising on optimal use cases to maximize value and retention.</point></li>
<li><point>Develop and execute account growth plans focused on increasing volume and revenue from existing clients.</point></li>
<li><point>Promptly handle customer queries while continuously steering conversations toward growth opportunities.</point></li>
<li><point>Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Support, Product, Account Managers, and Country Managers to unlock upsell and expansion opportunities.</point></li>
<li><point>Support onboarding of new clients while ensuring fast ramp-up and early growth.</point></li>

<li><point>You have at least 2 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a similar B2B role.</point></li>
<li><point>You are hungry, driven, and comfortable with a high volume of calls and customer interactions.</point></li>
<li><point>You have a proven track record of growing existing accounts, increasing usage, and driving upsell.</point></li>
<li><point>You naturally identify opportunities and know how to scale them across accounts and segments.</point></li>
<li><point>You take strong ownership of results and push initiatives forward independently.</point></li>
<li><point>You communicate confidently in Latvian and English and can build trust quickly with stakeholders.</point></li>
<li><point>You are hands-on, proactive, and motivated by clear targets and measurable impact.</point></li>
