And we need your help on this mission!</p> <p>&lt;/text&gt;</p> <p>&lt;/gh-about-us&gt;<br><br>&lt;gh-role-detail&gt;</p> <p>&lt;title&gt;<strong>About the role</strong>&lt;/title&gt;</p> <p>&lt;text&gt;</p> <p class="p1">As a Business Development Manager, you'll have an in-depth understanding of SMB and SME&nbsp;clients, establish strong connections, and confidently demonstrate the features and benefits of&nbsp;our B2B offering.</p> <p class="p1">This role is a good match for you if you have sales experience in a fast-paced company and are keen to be part of a team responsible for amplifying Bolt Business's success and supporting our ambitious growth and expansion plans.</p> <p>&lt;/text&gt;<br>&lt;/gh-role-detail&gt;<br><br></p> <p>&lt;gh-responsibilities&gt;</p> <p>&lt;title&gt;<strong>Main tasks and responsibilities:</strong>&lt;/title&gt;</p> <p>&lt;bulletpoints&gt;</p> <ul> <li>&lt;point&gt;Managing the sales funnel, including processing leads, prospecting, cold calling, closing deals, and building up a well-balanced pipeline while ensuring qualitative top-of-funnel inputs and high conversion rates to meet the output goals.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Setting up thought-through outreach strategies to establish strong customer relationships with medium businesses and ensuring the successful completion of newly acquired deals.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Achieving growth and hitting sales targets (leveraging the benefits of an uncapped commission scheme) by implementing effective strategies, identifying and targeting potential customers, and analysing and optimising performance.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Sharing regular updates on the overall business progress and successes with the management team.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Providing market feedback to the product team and playing an essential role in developing our solutions based on businesses' needs.&lt;/point&gt;</li> </ul> <p>&lt;/bulletpoints&gt;<br>&lt;/gh-responsibilities&gt;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&lt;gh-requirements&gt;</p> <p>&lt;title&gt;<strong>About you:</strong>&lt;/title&gt;</p> <p>&lt;bulletpoints&gt;</p> <ul> <li>&lt;point&gt;You have at least 3 years of experience in fast-paced B2B sales, with strong professional expertise in selling business services to SMEs and mid-sized businesses.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;You’re passionate about sales and consistently achieve ambitious targets, driven by a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to exceeding expectations.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;You have a proven track record of sourcing and successfully closing mid-market clients and excel in driving revenue growth.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;You can effectively communicate in English and Swedish, efficiently network, and build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;You demonstrate a highly data-driven, analytical mindset and are an experienced CRM user (preferably Salesforce) who can examine data to optimise your activities.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt;Your hands-on work demonstrates a high level of initiative in actively seeking solutions to challenges and a strong sense of ownership.&lt;/point&gt;</li> </ul> <p>&lt;/bulletpoints&gt;<br>&lt;text&gt;</p> <p>Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
