Your focus will be on coaching and mentoring Team Leads, empowering them to take ownership of day-to-day team management, while also building succession plans to ensure long-term team strength.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt; Strategic Leadership: You'll set the vision, define long-term goals, and drive the overall sales strategy across a large, layered team. This includes aligning strategies to support effective scaling — including managing rapid headcount growth of up to 4x within a year.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt; Planning &amp; Strategy: You'll own the go-to-market strategy, manage P&amp;L projections, and ensure team activities are aligned with growth and ROI objectives. You'll balance initiatives and spend with a clear focus on profitability, payback, and long-term sustainability.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&lt;point&gt; Recruiting &amp; Team Building: Working closely with our recruitment team, you'll help build a high-performing organisation in line with headcount and hiring plans.
