What You’ll Be Doing:

Operational Excellence & Customer Delight:
- Customer Experience: Support the smooth running of our B2B operations, ensuring top-tier experiences for our corporate clients (create/modify bookings, ticket creation and closure, change schedules and frequencies, standard email & phone support, pricing & contract information)
- Customer Success: Tackle challenges like agent absences and customer complaints with empathy and clever problem-solving — always aiming for a 5-star experience
- Agent Support: Act as a point of contact for our cleaning professionals, helping them with day-to-day inquiries and ensuring they feel empowered and supported (absences & sick leave handling, planning confirmations, access / material support)
- Quality Management: Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to elevate our service quality.
- Operational Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to enhance our internal processes and drive operational efficiency.
Growth & Strategy:
- Process Improvement: Bring your ideas to the table and help us optimize how we work — your voice counts.
- Brand Strategy: Assist in maintaining and shaping a consistent brand image across all markets.
- Growth Hacking: Work alongside our growth team to explore innovative ways to scale our business.
Requirements
This Is What Makes You Successful:
- You’re currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree — any field is welcome!
- You’re curious, fast-learning, and energized by working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- You bring an entrepreneurial mindset and take ownership of your work.
- You’re eager to grow — both professionally and personally.
- You enjoy working in an international and multicultural team setting.
- You speak English and French fluently (minimum C1 level in both), German is more than welcome!
Benefits

Start Date: July/August 2026 or negotiable
Salary: CHF 1,750 gross per month
