Reolink remains committed to delivering advanced, reliable, and user‑centric solutions that empower people to protect what matters most.</p></div><p></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul class="ybc-ul-component"> <li class="ybc-li-component ybc-li-component_ul"> <p>Identify market opportunities, recruit suitable channel partners, and manage the channel ecosystem order.</p> </li> <li class="ybc-li-component ybc-li-component_ul"> <p>Manage the full sales cycle, including but not limited to lead generation, opportunity qualification, pipeline management, and deployment.</p> </li> <li class="ybc-li-component ybc-li-component_ul"> <p>Provide accurate sales forecasts and follow up on after-sales related matters.</p> </li> <li class="ybc-li-component ybc-li-component_ul"> <p>Onboard and develop partner/SI sales capabilities to achieve company goals.</p> </li> <li class="ybc-li-component ybc-li-component_ul"> <p>Handle and resolve partnership conflicts or disputes, maintaining healthy and constructive relationships with ecosystem partners.</p> </li> <li class="ybc-li-component ybc-li-component_ul"> <p>Generate basic competitive analysis, sales plans, and business plans as required.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul class="ybc-ul-component"> <li class="ybc-li-component ybc-li-component_ul"> <p>Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills; willing to learn.</p> </li> <li class="ybc-li-component ybc-li-component_ul"> <p>Basic knowledge of surveillance CCTV solutions.</p> </li> <li class="ybc-li-component ybc-li-component_ul"> <p>3–5 years of working experience in the surveillance CCTV industry or related verticals.</p> </li> <li class="ybc-li-component ybc-li-component_ul"> <p>Ability to perform basic competitive analysis and create sales plans and business plans when needed.</p> </li> </ul>
