About the role

Our client designs and manufactures custom lithium-ion and lithium-polymer battery packs for UAVs, UGVs, USVs, and industrial systems. Their solutions are engineered for the most demanding applications - where power, weight, endurance, safety, and seamless integration are mission-critical. They support customers end-to-end: from technical requirements and prototyping through to tailored battery pack development, testing, and integration, helping unmanned and industrial platforms perform under real-world conditions.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented B2B Sales Manager to develop sales of custom-made battery packs to UAV manufacturers in Ukraine.

This role suits a sales professional who understands technical products, builds strong relationships with manufacturers, and is ready to own the full sales cycle - from first contact to long-term cooperation and repeat sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a clear understanding of clients’ needs, technical requirements, and product integration specifics.

  • Present and sell custom-made battery pack solutions to UAV manufacturers.

  • Build and maintain strong, professional, and trust-based relationships with clients and partners.

  • Conduct product presentations, consultations, and technical discussions with potential and existing clients.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and negotiations to closing deals and ensuring repeat sales.

  • Work closely with clients to prepare tailored solutions based on their technical and commercial requirements.

  • Participate in the development of the company’s partner network in Ukraine.

  • Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, meetings, and negotiations.

  • Handle client issues in a professional and tactful manner, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience working with UAV manufacturers or companies involved in UAV production, integration, or related technical fields.

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, client relationship management, and technical coordination.

  • Ability to understand technical products and clearly communicate their value to clients.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in English and Ukrainian.

  • Willingness to travel across Ukraine for client meetings, exhibitions, and negotiations.

  • Proactive mindset, independence, ownership, and a strong focus on results.

  • Previous experience in B2B sales of UAV components, batteries, electronics, or other technical products will be considered an advantage.
