Position: Room Leader in the Baby Room
Location: Seaford
Salary: Up to £31,000 pro rata depending on experience and hours
Hours: Full time
Holidays: 31 days (including Bank Holidays)
Contract Length: To cover maternity for up to one year

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of your room, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children.
- Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Mentor and support your team, encouraging their professional development and fostering a positive team culture.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Monitor and support each child’s development and well-being, creating individual learning plans as needed.
- Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and safeguarding.
What You Bring to the Team:
- A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above).
- Proven experience in a nursery setting, with previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- A passion for early childhood education and helping children reach their full potential.
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
