Back Office Associate | Financial Reporting | Get a 21K Signing Bonus

Account specific roles and responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and analyze financial data from accounting systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, including budgets, actuals, variance analysis, and cost analysis.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations to track financial performance and support decision-making.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial analysis.
• Assist in identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Maintain and improve financial data processes, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and provide insights.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and data analysis.

Requirements

• With bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or any related field
• At least 1 year experience in Reports Analytics or similar

• Must have extensive MS Excel experience
• Good Verbal and Written English Communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
