In this role, you’ll own significant backend engineering scope, driving key agentic AI engineering initiatives across the business while providing hands-on technical leadership to a small team of engineers. This is an IC-first role: 80% engineering, 20% managing others.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You’ll work closely with other engineering leaders in the org to define scope, optimize how we support the business, and lead GenAI projects that extend what we’re already building.
