Experience with Django is a plus, but not required.<br data-start="1691" data-end="1694"><strong data-start="1694" data-end="1712">DevOps Mindset</strong> – You bring a strong DevOps mentality and naturally take ownership of operating and maintaining your software. You also have solid cloud experience—ideally with GCP or alternatively AWS—as well as good knowledge of Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) and, ideally, hands-on experience with Helm charts for managing Kubernetes applications.<br data-start="2051" data-end="2054"><strong data-start="2054" data-end="2074">Team Performance</strong> – You are curious and eager to continuously grow in a dynamic environment.
