Requirements
4+ years of backend engineering experience
Experience working on backend systems for video platforms or streaming products
Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures
Experience handling high traffic consumer applications
Familiarity with video delivery, content pipelines, or recommendation systems is preferred
Strong coding and problem-solving skills
Engineers actively using AI coding tools like Cursor preferred
Good understanding of system performance and reliability
Responsibilities
Build and optimize scalable backend systems for video/content platforms
Design APIs and backend services for high-performance applications
Improve platform scalability, latency, and reliability
Collaborate with product and frontend teams
