You will play a key role in ensuring that the team consistently delivers measurable business value while maintaining technical excellence.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>A taster of what you will be doing:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>As a Tech Lead you will be part of the Sportsbook B2B &amp; Integrations Value stream, participating in design, POCs and development of complex tasks and also a key person in the team who ensures a high-quality delivery by the developers.</li> <li>Work closely with architects within the area to ensure that the architecture direction set is being communicated, aligned &amp; implemented within the teams.</li> <li>You will also be aligning with the other tech leads across the product development department to ensure the technical consistency, take ownership of and drive technical excellence initiatives within Sportsbook.</li> <li>Identify technical improvements in the applications you are responsible for.</li> <li>Validate technical improvements and help Product Managers prioritise such improvements</li> <li>Be able to explain the benefits of technical improvements to both technical and non-technical audience.</li> <li>You will also participate in development, testing, code reviews, bug fixing, implementing new features as well as maintaining and improving the existing functionality.</li> <li>Help build our world class team, thus participating in technical interviews as well as coaching &amp;
