Integrity, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are essential to succeed in this role.</p> <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain and stock service areas with coffee, food, tableware, linens, and other supplies</li> <li>Assist behind the bar with restocking and cleaning glassware and equipment</li> <li>Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages for guests</li> <li>Support kitchen staff with expediting needs and communication</li> <li>Buff and polish silverware and glassware as needed</li> <li>Assist servers in providing attentive and efficient table service</li> <li>Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly and professionally</li> <li>Perform additional tasks and duties as directed by management</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education, Experience and Required Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 1 year of experience in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant preferred</li> <li>Familiarity with upscale service standards is a plus</li> <li>Willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry</li> <li>Food Handler's certification and RBS certification required</li> <li>Must lead and work consistently with LMR’s core values: Balance, Respect and Stewardship</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Positive Attitude and a team-oriented mindset</li> <li>Must be well-groomed</li> <li>Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required</li> <li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment </strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time</li> <li>Ability to remain calm under pressure and deal with unexpected situations</li> <li>Must be able to lift, balance, and carry plates of food</li> <li>Must be able to lift cases of wine on a daily basis</li> <li>Must be able to use both hands to handle, grasp, move and control objects, tools and equipment operations</li> <li>Must be able to bend or twist body</li> <li>Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds</li> <li>Must be able to occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Part-time hourly position</li> <li>Compensation: $16.90 per hour plus tips</li> <li>Retirement Savings (401k) includes generous company matching&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Apply Online! </span><a href="http://www.longmeadowranch.com/careers"><span style="font-weight: 400;">http://www.longmeadowranch.com/careers</span></a></p> <p>We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
