LV Petroleum is thrilled to invite passionate individuals to apply for the position of Dunkin Baker. As part of our travel center team, you will work with the iconic Dunkin' brand, preparing fresh baked goods and ensuring our customers start their day with high-quality products.

Job Summary:
As a Dunkin Baker, you will play a key role in delivering freshly baked products that meet Dunkin’s quality standards. You will be responsible for preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of items while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of Dunkin' products, including donuts, muffins, bagels, and other baked goods, following established recipes and production schedules.
Ensure all products meet Dunkin’ quality, freshness, and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized baking and prep area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies; assist with ordering and restocking as needed.
Operate baking equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Work closely with team members to ensure timely production and availability of products for customers.
Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Previous food service, bakery, or kitchen experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow recipes, production schedules, and detailed instructions.
• Comfort working early morning or overnight shifts to support fresh product availability.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and consistency.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills.
