Banking specialist - PTP – Banking

At Adient, we are proud to offer hybrid working to our employees, which involves being able to work remotely for up to 3 days per week based on the agreement within specific department.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Payment execution through TRAX e-banking system

• Input of manual payments

• Handling checks requests (US, CA, MX in local banks)

• Exceptional payment process via local banks (taxes)

• Providing payment confirmations directly from banks

• Communication with the banks and Treasury department

• Processing of intercompany transfers

• Follow up on rejected payments

• Participating in projects, TRAX upgrades or process standardization

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

• University degree or secondary education with school-leaving examination in finance

• English at B2 level (fluent spoken and written); other languages are an advantage

• Advanced knowledge of SAP; Trax knowledge is a plus

• Good Excel skills and communication abilities

• Solid execution, act with sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure

• Proactive, independent, with strong sense for details

• Base monthly salary starting from 1500 EUR gross. Our salary is fair and competitive and can be higher than the starting minimum in the advert
