Role Overview:
The Banquets Assistant Manager will support the Banquets Manager in planning, organizing, and managing banquet events to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and organizing banquet operations.

  • Supervise banquet staff and coordinate event logistics.

  • Monitor event setups and ensure high standards of presentation.

  • Collaborate with culinary and service teams for seamless execution.

  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

  • Prepare reports on banquet operations and recommend improvements.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in banquet management or a related role.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of event planning software is an advantage.
