Working Monday to Friday from 7.00am to 3.30pm, with a one-hour lunch break, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the firm.</p> <p>As part of our broader Human Resources team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality beverage service to staff and clients, supporting the smooth running of meetings and events from a catering perspective, and ensuring our kitchens are well-stocked and maintained to a high standard. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing exceptional service.</p> <p>Key duties will include:</p> <ul> <li>Providing a high level of customer service to partners, staff, clients and visitors;</li> <li>Preparing café-quality coffee and beverages to a consistently high standard;</li> <li>Managing kitchen and café stock levels, including monitoring inventory and restocking supplies as required;</li> <li>Coordinating catering orders for meetings and events and ensuring food and beverages are presented professionally and delivered on time;</li> <li>Supporting the broader Office Services and Workplace team with hospitality-related tasks as required;</li> <li>Creating a welcoming and professional experience for all clients and visitors to the firm; and</li> <li>Assisting with end-of-day close down procedures and ensuring coffee machine and kitchen areas are prepared for the following day.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience</strong></p> <p>As the successful candidate, you will have prior hospitality experience in a corporate office environment with impeccable barista capabilities.&nbsp; You will bring exceptional customer service with a professional, personable manner, strong attention to detail, and reliable punctuality.&nbsp; You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, juggling competing priorities with calm efficiency, bringing the flexibility and can‑do energy to step up when the firm needs you.&nbsp; This role could be ideal for a law student looking to get their foot in the door of a renowned commercial law firm.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <p>At McCullough Robertson, we encourage a balanced work environment.
