This is a rare opportunity to help shape the membership foundation of a club.</p> <p><strong>Summary:</strong></p> <p>Bounty Club is seeking professional, dependable, and service-driven individuals to join the Food and Beverage team as a Bartender at our premier private golf facility located just 6 miles from downtown Nashville.</p> <p><strong>Job Specific Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare and serve a full range of beverages, including classic and craft cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic offerings with precision and consistency</li> <li>Provide attentive, personalized service to members and guests, anticipating preferences and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere</li> <li>Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the club’s beverage program, including wine lists, spirits, and seasonal offerings</li> <li>Ensure the bar area is impeccably clean, organized, and stocked at all times</li> <li>Handle member interactions with professionalism, discretion, and a high level of service etiquette</li> <li>Accurately process orders and payments through the club’s point-of-sale system</li> <li>Collaborate with service staff and kitchen team to ensure seamless service during all dining periods and events</li> <li>Monitor responsible alcohol service and adhere to all applicable laws and club policies</li> <li>Assist with inventory management, restocking, and bar setup/breakdown for events and daily service</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prior bartending experience in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or private club preferred</li> <li>Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and spirits</li> <li>Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment while maintaining attention to detail</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and a commitment to cleanliness and presentation</li> <li>Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li> <li>Preferred Attributes</li> <li>A hospitality-first mindset with a genuine interest in building relationships with members</li> <li>Discretion and professionalism in handling high-profile clientele</li> <li>Team-oriented approach with a willingness to support broader club operations</li> </ul>
