- Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to exacting standards.
- Engage with members respectfully and professionally, maintaining the club’s private and exclusive atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar at all times.
- Monitor inventory of premium spirits, wines, and supplies.
- Comply with all safety and hygiene regulations.
- Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in upscale or fine-dining settings.
- Expertise in wine, spirits, and mixology.
- Strong communication and hospitality skills.
