Whether you’re seeking entry-level employment or a new opportunity to expand your profession, we offer training to develop the technical and managerial skills necessary to enhance your career</p> <hr> <p><strong>Key duties…</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks to a consistently high standard, including cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.&nbsp;</li> <li>Engage with members and guests in a warm, professional manner, remembering preferences and delivering a personalised experience.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the bar before, during, and after service.&nbsp;</li> <li>Assist with stock rotation, inventory, and replenishment of supplies throughout the shift.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure compliance with licensing, health &amp; safety, and hygiene standards always.&nbsp;</li> <li>Contribute to the development of new cocktail menus and seasonal drink offerings in collaboration with the bar team.&nbsp;</li> <li>Process orders accurately using the POS system and ensure all billing is completed to club standards.&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate effectively with the floor team, kitchen, and events department to ensure smooth and seamless service.&nbsp;</li> <li>Handle member queries and feedback confidently, escalating any concerns to management as appropriate.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>What we are looking for...</strong></p> <ul> <li>2 -3 years’ experience in similar capacity</li> <li>Strong cocktail knowledge, including classics, techniques, and spirits.&nbsp;</li> <li>Exceptional interpersonal skills and a confident, calm presence during busy services.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards and attention to detail.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience working with POS systems, stock control, and basic reporting.&nbsp;</li> <li>Team player with a flexible, professional, and positive attitude.&nbsp;</li> <li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken.&nbsp;</li> <li>Personal License or willingness to obtain one (preferred).&nbsp;</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The salary range for this role if filled within the UK is listed below.
