<p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Soho House &amp; Co. – Barcelona&nbsp;</p> <p><br><strong>Job Purpose<br></strong></p> <p><strong>The place…&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Located in the Gothic Quarter, opposite Port Vell, the House has a private Club for our Members with 56 rooms, a private cinema room, and our signature Cecconi's restaurant.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>As a Bartender at Soho House, your role is to deliver excellent service to create memorable experiences for our members and guests.</p> <p>Your main focus is to ensure our drinks service is to the highest standard.&nbsp;</p> <p>As a team we work to go the extra mile, keeping things simple and showing collaboration, kindness and passion in everything we do.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Main Duties</strong></p> <ul> <li>Providing warm, friendly and efficient service according to our steps of service.</li> <li>Following our full allergy procedure to ensure the safety of our members, guests and team.</li> <li>Possessing a strong understanding of drink menus in order to make recommendations, pairings and accommodate specific requests.</li> <li>Efficiently making all drink orders as per specs and timings.</li> <li>Ensuring all standard operating procedures are followed and implemented.</li> <li>Running drinks from the bar to tables when needed.</li> <li>Verifying the age of guests when needed.</li> <li>Reporting and resolving any complaints and handling all interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <p>A successful Bartender for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You will have strong knowledge of classic cocktails and have experience preparing cocktails and serving in a fast-paced environment.
