<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Battery AI/ML Engineer</strong></span></p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Build a data-driven model of battery based on electrochemical knowledge and test data</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Develop battery state estimation algorithms, including but not limited to SOC, SOH, SOP</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Develop battery behavior prediction methods, including but not limited to residual life prediction and battery safety prediction</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Provide novel battery management system solutions to optimize battery performance, including but not limited to charging process optimization, discharge capacity optimization and cycle life optimization</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Work with a team to develop, deploy, test and maintain battery algorithms</p>
</li>
<li>Write relevant technical documents</li>
</ul>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>Master's degree or above, machine learning, AI, and big data related education background</li>
<li>
<p>More than one year battery related working experience, understand battery data</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Have a certain understanding of the traditional battery management system (BMS) algorithm model</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Practical experience in AI and big data battery algorithm</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience in battery physical model building (P2D model) and digital twin development is preferred</p>
</li>
