They unlock locations where the grid is constrained, and they unlock new revenue<br>streams from energy markets and flexibility where the grid is open.&nbsp;The Battery Engineer Expert is Powerdot's internal and external technical reference for&nbsp;everything battery-related. You will own the full lifecycle - from design to operations -&nbsp;and partner with Serge and the Energy team to turn batteries into a real performance&nbsp;lever for the company.&nbsp;This role sits inside the Energy team and reports directly to Serge Letendre, our VP of Energy.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Battery system design &amp;
