<p><strong>Location:</strong> You can either work at our Marietta, Alpharetta, Johns Creek or Lawrenceville centers. We will provide you with a generous relocation stipend! </p>
<p><strong>Target Earnings: </strong>CS1: $94,000.00; CS2: $98,000; CS3: $102,000; Sr. CS-1: $107,000; Sr. CS-2: $115,000</p>
<p><strong>Base Salaries</strong>: $90,000-$100,000; based on experience</p>
<p><strong>Schedule:<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></strong>Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm</p>

<p><strong>Role: BCBA and Case Supervisor</strong></p>
<p>Apollo Behavior is looking for BCBAs for our center-focused applied behavior analysis services in the metro Atlanta area. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to do great work with other excellent clinicians, be a part of a fun and collaborative culture, and maintain an ethical caseload and work/life balance.</p>
<p><strong>Your typical day might include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Providing clinical consultation and overseeing treatment programming for our staff and clients</li>
<li>Collaborating with parents or other caregivers to ensure client progress is sustained long-term</li>
<li>Developing and leading other team members</li>
<li>Learning about and implementing innovative ABA methods, such as Relational Frame Theory / RFT</li>
<li>May attend trainings or GABA or other conference</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>What you need:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A master's degree in psychology or a related field</li>
<li>Strong competency in a range of skill acquisition and behavior reduction techniques</li>
<li>Success leading and managing direct care clinical team members</li>
