About the role
Overview
Because the Condon CC is continually engaging with neighborhood families and children, we have established a clear path to employment for our teens. The majority of our teens start off as participants in our summer municipal program or yearly ASPIRE afterschool program. From there, they graduate to out MVP Sports Program for pre-teens. Next, at 13, our kids register for Superteens ( a program that really helps prepare them for their first gainful employment opportunity). Upon turning 14, teens are introduced to the COB's employment opportunities, led through the process of onboarding, and, hopefully, acquire their first work experience for an organization that truly cares about them having a positive experience.Key Duties and Responsibilities
