About the role
The role of a beauty advisor is to have a passion for people and service, with experience in retail, artistry, and education. The candidate must be a strong seller, with the ability to pull, consult and build a sale while adhering to our retailer’s guidelines and standards. A beauty advisor must have the ability to consistently meet targets and is open to coaching from the counter manager & ABH leadership team. They should possess strong communication skills and build collaborative relationships both internally and externally. A passion for client service, artistry, and working entrepreneurial environment is critical to your success in the role.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional client service
- Responsible for the achievement of personal targets and kpi
- Delivering Best-in-class education to elevate brand awareness and drive sales
- Ability to implement coaching and receive both positive and constructive in a professional manner
- Support team in obtaining visual merchandising expectations
- Accountable for maintaining their area of pride on a daily + weekly basis. This includes stocking, managing testers in partnership with cm and communicating any oos of low sku counts
- Adhere to ABH Dress code guidelines, while consistently evolving looks to reflect current trends
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of cosmetic retail experience
- Demonstrated ability deliver exceptional client service
- Track record of meeting personal + counter sales targets and KPI
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive/effective business partnerships with leadership and team
- Outstanding communication skills
- Memorable, positive, and professional presence
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
