<p><strong>Account Coordinator, Beauty</strong><br>PR Consulting is a brand strategy and public relations agency that specializes in developing and&nbsp;communicating authentic narratives to position companies and individuals across multi-platform&nbsp;channels.</p> <p>Our company is currently seeking talented candidates for the Account Coordinator position to join a&nbsp;team leading strategic communications planning and programming for clients in our Beauty department.</p> <p><strong>Job Description</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as a key team member for a number of beauty brands, helping to facilitate overall&nbsp;excellence in output to the client</li> <li>Work with staff from Partner through intern levels on both day to day as well as bigger&nbsp;picture needs, reporting to Director and Manager level staff</li> <li>Manage client assets - create and organize assets for press outreach and pitching</li> <li>Monitor &amp; circulate press and social media coverage</li> <li>Compile and execute reports to respective clients including weeklies, monthlies,&nbsp;seedings, special projects, and event recaps</li> <li>Support in the development of influencer and seeding target lists</li> <li>Assist with event organization, logistics and on-site responsibilities</li> <li>Brainstorm and attend meetings to assist with strategy and provide creative ideas</li> <li>Contribute to brand strategy</li> <li>Oversee Assistant and Intern level team members</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 1-2 years experience, agency experience a plus but not required</li> <li>Experience with Adobe Photoshop, MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint and/or Google Workspace: Sheets, Slides, Docs, and Drive</li> <li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Superior time management skills, ability to work quickly &amp; efficiently, prioritize and multitask</li> <li>Passionate and hardworking</li> <li>Ability to work well within a team</li> <li>Global mindset and continuous self learner</li> <li>Detail oriented with an analytical mindset</li> <li>Understanding of influencers and appropriate brand targets</li> <li>Highly motivated and enthusiastic with a can do attitude and the ability to gracefully manage up and down</li> </ul> <p><strong>Salary Range</strong>&nbsp;$49,000 - $55,000</p>
