At California Autism Center, we are dedicated to providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to young children (ages 18 months to six years) in a supportive and nurturing environment. We are currently seeking compassionate and driven individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians.  About the Role:  As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them develop essential social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Using a playful and positive approach, you will implement evidence-based treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support each child's growth and success in the classroom and community.  Behavior Technicians play a vital role in shaping our clients' lives.
