If you are required to provide in-home services, you will be appropriately trained</li> </ul> Qualifications:  Required:  <ul> <li>At least 18 years old </li> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li> <li>Reliable transportation to travel between client homes and the clinic; mileage reimbursement provided for in-home care</li> <li>Passion for working with children and making a difference</li> </ul> Preferred:  <ul> <li>BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR certification </li> <li>Experience working with children with developmental disabilities</li> <li>RBT certification or 40-hour RBT training completion </li> </ul> Note: New to ABA? No problem! We provide full training and cover your RBT certification costs.  Physical Requirements: The job requires the ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand or walk for 4-6 hours daily. It involves frequent bending and occasionally carrying, lifting, pulling, pushing, and reaching, each up to one-third of the time.
