We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team across the Santa Cruz region, CA. We are currently hiring both Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians!
Position: Behavior Technician (BT) – Bilingual Spanish-Speaking & Non-Bilingual Candidates Welcome
Locations: Multiple openings throughout Santa Cruz. (Watsonville, Freedom)
Setting: On Site – In-Home Services
Schedule: Part-Time
- Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Competitive Pay: $25 - $28 per hour.
Requirements:
- Own reliable vehicle
- Valid driver’s license
- Active car insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
Incredible Bonuses:
All bonuses are added on top of your base hourly rate!
+$10/hr for weekend sessions (Saturdays).
+$5/hr for Monday–Friday sessions starting at 6:00 PM or later.
