As a BHT, you’ll play a vital role in supporting clients through residential treatment, helping them build stability, and ensuring a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do </strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist with the intake process for new clients entering the program Maintain accurate and timely client documentation</li> <li>Observe and record client self-administration of medications (as applicable)</li> <li>Provide client transportation and supervise during travel</li> <li>Coordinate and oversee daily client activities</li> <li>Support treatment goals by following individualized care plans</li> <li>Respond to client needs, including crisis intervention when necessary</li> <li>Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment</li> <li>Assist with meals and dietary needs of clients</li> <li>Uphold therapeutic boundaries and staff code of ethics</li> <li>Complete required trainings and perform other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For </strong></p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required</li> <li>Behavioral health or healthcare experience preferred</li> <li>Valid driver’s license with safe driving record CPR, AED, and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to respond effectively in crisis situations</li> <li>Knowledge of behavioral health standards and compliance guidelines preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Silvermist Recovery? </strong></p> <p>At Silvermist Recovery, you’ll be part of a compassionate team committed to helping clients achieve lasting recovery.
