<p data-start="584" data-end="888">Pyramid Healthcare of Asheville is seeking compassionate and reliable <strong data-start="654" data-end="694">Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs)</strong> to join our residential and sober living programs serving adults in treatment. This is a hands-on, direct care role ideal for individuals passionate about supporting recovery and mental health.</p>

<h3 data-start="895" data-end="919"><strong data-start="899" data-end="919">Position Summary</strong></h3>
<p data-start="920" data-end="1239">The Behavioral Health Technician provides direct client supervision and support, assists with daily programming, and ensures a safe and therapeutic environment. This role works closely with clinical and administrative teams to identify client needs and support treatment goals, including transporting clients as needed.</p>

<p data-start="1277" data-end="1335">Assist with client intake and orientation to the program</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1336" data-end="1410">
<p data-start="1338" data-end="1410">Monitor and document client behaviors and progress in clinical records</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1411" data-end="1486">
<p data-start="1413" data-end="1486">Observe and document self-administration of medications (as applicable)</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1487" data-end="1551">
<p data-start="1489" data-end="1551">Support and coordinate client activities and daily schedules</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1552" data-end="1618">
<p data-start="1554" data-end="1618">Follow individualized treatment plans and address client needs</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1619" data-end="1693">
<p data-start="1621" data-end="1693">Provide safe transportation for clients to appointments and activities</p>
</li>

<p data-start="1696" data-end="1768">Respond to behavioral or emotional crises using approved interventions</p>

<p data-start="2023" data-end="2051">High school diploma or GED</p>
</li>

<p data-start="2054" data-end="2105">Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record</p>

<p data-start="2108" data-end="2180">CPR, AED, and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)</p>
