<p data-start="310" data-end="640"><strong data-start="310" data-end="348">Pyramid Healthcare at Silver Ridge</strong> is seeking a dedicated <strong data-start="372" data-end="414">Full-Time Behavioral Health Technician</strong> to join our compassionate and highly skilled team. This role is a key part of our mission to provide exceptional care for individuals in our program, supporting their treatment journey in a safe and therapeutic environment.</p>

<p data-start="725" data-end="792">Assist with intake processes for new clients entering the program</p>
</li>
<li data-start="793" data-end="868">
<p data-start="795" data-end="868">Maintain accurate, detailed communication logs and client documentation</p>
</li>

<p data-start="871" data-end="953">Provide attentive, supportive interaction with clients regarding their treatment</p>
</li>

<p data-start="956" data-end="1052">Ensure a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment, including crisis intervention when needed</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1053" data-end="1125">
<p data-start="1055" data-end="1125">Coordinate client activities and ensure adherence to daily schedules</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1126" data-end="1171">
<p data-start="1128" data-end="1171">Conduct and document mandatory bed checks</p>
</li>

<p data-start="1174" data-end="1240">Monitor medication lines and assist with interventions as needed</p>
</li>

<p data-start="1243" data-end="1288">Perform searches upon intake or as required</p>
</li>

<p data-start="1291" data-end="1344">Monitor and address client safety and medical needs</p>
</li>

<p data-start="1347" data-end="1419">Maintain therapeutic boundaries and adhere to the Staff Code of Ethics</p>

<p data-start="1422" data-end="1499">Evaluate client behavioral and emotional needs, offering constructive input</p>
</li>
<li data-start="1500" data-end="1560">
<p data-start="1502" data-end="1560">Distribute client snacks and assist with facility upkeep</p>
</li>

<p data-start="1563" data-end="1643">Train new staff on unit protocols, program expectations, and milieu management</p>
</li>

<p data-start="1646" data-end="1738">Collaborate with staff to meet the needs of clients and maintain a robust clinical program</p>

</li>

<p data-start="1883" data-end="1916">Valid driver’s license required</p>

<p data-start="1919" data-end="2003">Experience in mental health preferred (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)</p>
</li>

<p data-start="2006" data-end="2059">Experience facilitating groups or activities a plus</p>
