Behavioral Health Technician Lead (Full Time)

This role ensures adherence to protocols, providing support and reporting issues to the Program Director/BHT Manager as needed.</p> <p>Address: 600 S White Horse Pike, Hammonton, NJ 08037</p> <p><strong>Pay:</strong> $17/hr before shift differentials.</p> <p><strong>Shift Differential Information:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p></p> <p>7:00am - 3:00pm - 1st Shift differentials: (Saturday and Sunday) $1.00</p> <p>3:00pm -11:00pm - 2nd Shift differentials: (Monday - Friday) $1.00 (Saturday and Sunday) $1.50</p> <p>11:00pm - 7:00am - 3rd Shift Differentials: (Monday - Sunday) $1.50</p> <p><strong>Shift: </strong>2nd shift 3:00pm - 11:00pm&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supervises Behavioral Health Technicians and provides performance feedback.</li> <li>Orients and trains new staff to the unit and program.</li> <li>Assists in interviewing and hiring BHTs.</li> <li>Communicates with staff through verbal and written logs.</li> <li>Assists with employee disciplinary actions and develops employee schedules.</li> <li>Conducts employee performance evaluations.
