This is a vital direct-care role supporting clients in residential and outpatient treatment programs. The BHT works closely with the clinical and administrative teams to help meet client needs while maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment. This role may also include providing transportation services for Pyramid Healthcare clients as needed.</p> <p data-start="752" data-end="791"><strong data-start="752" data-end="791">Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul data-start="792" data-end="1724"> <li data-section-id="9pfu4n" data-start="792" data-end="860"> <p data-start="794" data-end="860">Complete the intake process for new clients entering the program</p> </li> <li data-section-id="tgd4w7" data-start="861" data-end="914"> <p data-start="863" data-end="914">Maintain accurate and timely client documentation</p> </li> <li data-section-id="1jtof2z" data-start="915" data-end="996"> <p data-start="917" data-end="996">Observe and document client self-administration of medication when applicable</p> </li> <li data-section-id="3ufux" data-start="997" data-end="1049"> <p data-start="999" data-end="1049">Assist with coordinating daily client activities</p> </li> <li data-section-id="1tuh6m8" data-start="1050" data-end="1108"> <p data-start="1052" data-end="1108">Support treatment plan goals and client-specific needs</p> </li> <li data-section-id="1oy7vwr" data-start="1109" data-end="1179"> <p data-start="1111" data-end="1179">Provide safe and reliable transportation for clients when required</p> </li> <li data-section-id="1oe9uvi" data-start="1180" data-end="1304"> <p data-start="1182" data-end="1304">Monitor client behavior and emotional well-being and respond appropriately, including crisis intervention when necessary</p> </li> <li data-section-id="jw5glg" data-start="1305" data-end="1378"> <p data-start="1307" data-end="1378">Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment within the facility</p> </li> <li data-section-id="1d9ad7u" data-start="1379" data-end="1425"> <p data-start="1381" data-end="1425">Assist with client dietary needs as needed</p> </li> <li data-section-id="194ahjj" data-start="1426" data-end="1507"> <p data-start="1428" data-end="1507">Transport clients to and from designated locations within expected timeframes</p> </li> <li data-section-id="3mvd4j" data-start="1508" data-end="1563"> <p data-start="1510" data-end="1563">Supervise and support clients during transportation</p> </li> <li data-section-id="cjgvdy" data-start="1564" data-end="1632"> <p data-start="1566" data-end="1632">Maintain all required documentation related to services provided</p> </li> <li data-section-id="1tdvoa" data-start="1633" data-end="1687"> <p data-start="1635" data-end="1687">Complete all required trainings and certifications</p> </li> <li data-section-id="142c051" data-start="1688" data-end="1724"> <p data-start="1690" data-end="1724">Perform other duties as assigned</p> </li> </ul> <p data-start="1726" data-end="1761"><strong data-start="1726" data-end="1761">Required Education &amp;
