<p></p> <div> <p></p> <div> <p>Kimball Equipment Company, a leader in the aggregate and mining equipment industry since 1946, is seeking a motivated <strong>Belt Vulcanizer</strong> to join our growing team. This hands-on position is responsible for the installation, splicing, repair, and maintenance of conveyor belt systems at both customer job sites and in our shop. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with travel and physical demands. This role plays a critical part in delivering the high level of service and reliability Kimball Equipment is known for across the Western United States.</p> </div> </div> <p></p> <p><strong><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Belt Vulcanizer Responsibilities:</span></strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Perform conveyor belt splicing, vulcanizing, and repairs on a variety of conveyor belt systems</li> <li>Install, inspect, and maintain conveyor belts and related components</li> <li>Travel to customer job sites to perform field service work</li> <li>Troubleshoot belt-related issues and recommend repair solutions</li> <li>Ensure all work is completed safely and according to company and industry standards</li> <li>Organize and document service visits, repairs, and maintenance activities</li> <li>Assist with shop fabrication and belt preparation as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>Belt Vulcanizer Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Previous conveyor belt vulcanizing, splicing, or industrial maintenance experience preferred</li> <li>Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools</li> <li>Ability to handle physical workload in various weather conditions</li> <li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs</li> <li>Willingness to travel and work occasional overtime as required</li> <li>Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li> <li>Valid driver's license required</li> <li>CDL or ability to obtain a CDL preferred</li> </ul> <p><strong>Belt Vulcanizer Compensation:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Pay based on experience</li> <li>Full benefits package including 401(k), PTO, health, dental, vision, and life insurance</li> <li>Company vehicle opportunities for qualified candidates</li> <li>Training and advancement opportunities available</li> </ul>
