Benefits Specialist (APAC)

As part of the HR team, you will help ensure our benefits remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with the needs of a fast-growing global organisation.</p> <p>This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple jurisdictions while contributing to the delivery of a best-in-class benefits offering for our employees.</p> <p></p> <p><strong>Your future role within QRT</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the management of QRT’s benefits programmes across APAC, including health (medical and dental) insurance, retirement and other local benefits</li> <li>Coordinate insurance renewals and support vendor and broker relationships across the region</li> <li>Promote benefits programmes through effective employee communications and engagement initiatives</li> <li>Support benefits benchmarking projects and maintain benefits data and analytics</li> <li>Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements across all benefit programmes</li> <li>Liaise with benefits vendors and providers to resolve issues and support programme improvements aligned with local business needs</li> <li>Act as a point of contact for employee benefits queries, helping employees understand their coverage and resolve claims or benefits-related issues</li> <li>Support benefits operations, including enrolments and census updates, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing</li> <li>Identify opportunities to improve benefits processes, tools and programmes to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience</li> <li>Work closely with the APAC Benefits Manager to support the implementation of the regional benefits strategy</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><strong>Your present skillset</strong></p> <ul> <li>4-6 years’ experience in HR or employee benefits, ideally within a global or multinational organisation</li> <li>Experience supporting benefits across multiple APAC jurisdictions is advantageous</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint</li> <li>Experience using HR systems such as Workday is preferred</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain benefits clearly to employees.</li> <li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy</li> <li>A collaborative and proactive mindset, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team</li> </ul> <p></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>QRT is an equal opportunity employer.
