We are pleased to invite applications for Sessional Instructors for our Bachelor of Hospitality Management program for the Fall 2026 term (September–December).  WCC reserves the right to hire Indigenous Faculty as a priority.

Position Details
Title: Hospitality Management Instructor (Sessional)
Term: Fall 2026 (September–December, 15 weeks)
Employment Type: Per Term
Location: Surrey Central Campus (CC3-CC4), Surrey, BC (must be able to commute)
Salary: $6,000 – $6,500 per course, per term


Position Overview
The successful candidate will teach Hospitality Management courses in the Bachelor of Hospitality Management program.


Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in a related discipline
Minimum two (2) years of relevant industry experience
Teaching experience in the same or similar courses at a BC post-secondary institution


Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prepare detailed lesson plans
Proficiency with learning technologies and online teaching tools
Strong instructional and classroom management skills
