Repair Technicians perform maintenance, repairs, quality checks, and inventory management to ensure our electric bike and scooter fleet remains safe, reliable, and available for riders.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">The ideal candidate for this role will be a team player who loves to solve problems, work with their hands, and be active throughout an entire shift.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Perform comprehensive repairs on electric bikes and scooters, ranging from minor adjustments to full motor replacements</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Accurately log and track maintenance records using established processes</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Monitor and manage spare parts inventory</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Maintain an organized warehouse and set a positive example for teammates</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Perform field tasks as needed, including battery swaps and fleet redistribution</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Other duties as assigned</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</strong></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">1+ year of experience in maintenance, mechanical repair, or automotive work</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment weighing up to 80 lbs</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Strong problem-solving skills and a self-motivated work style</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Have a smartphone and be App-savvy</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Nice to Haves:</strong></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Experience repairing bikes, scooters, motorcycles, or automobiles</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Basic knowledge of electronics</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Flexible schedule including early morning, night, and weekend shifts</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Related experience in warehouse, manufacturing, delivery, automotive, or mechanical repair environments</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd"><strong>Perks:</strong></p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Competitive hourly wage</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, early-stage technology company</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Veo credits</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Flexible work hours</p> <p>Full-time employees are eligible for: Medical/dental/vision coverage, PTO</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">Below is the expected salary range for this position.
