<h2><strong>About The Role</strong></h2>
<p>We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented <strong>Bid Manager </strong>to support our end-to-end bid management process while strengthening sales execution and efficiency, by also extending support on Sales operations. This role will play a key part in managing <strong>RFPs, RFIs, and strategic proposals</strong>, ensuring timely, and high-quality submissions.</p>
<p>You will be responsible for identifying/ supporting relevant bid opportunities, while also contributing towards the creation of winning PQ & TQs & coordinating with <strong>sales, product, and cross-functional teams</strong>, and creating compelling, well-structured proposals. In addition, you will contribute to <strong>sales operations efforts</strong> by supporting the creation and management of sales, bid processes, collateral, improving content consistency, and streamlining internal processes.</p>
<p>This role requires a strong balance of <strong>execution and collaboration</strong>, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will also support <strong>sales operations activities</strong>, including monitoring CRM hygiene, support to track sales pipelines, and assisting with reporting and coordination across teams.</p>
<p>Based in India, Mumbai, this role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to improve proposal quality, enhance sales processes, and drive overall business impact through the <strong>Neysa AI Cloud platform</strong>.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ol>
<li><strong> Bid Management</strong></li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Own end-to-end <strong>RFP / RFQ / RFI response management</strong></li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in managing<strong> bidding processes, including tenders and Reverse Auctions (RA) on various Government/ PSUs/ Sem-government and enterprise tendering portals.</strong></li>
<li>Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to create compelling proposals </li>
<li>Manage timelines, compliance, and submission quality </li>
<li>Maintain repository of past proposals, templates, and contribute to creation of reusable contents</li>
<li>Partner with leadership to refine <strong>value propositions and positioning</strong> in participating bids</li>
<li><strong>Analyze bid outcomes to improve win rates.</strong></li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>2. Sales Operations </strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Support and Administrate CRM hygiene (pipeline tracking, deal updates, reporting) </li>
<li>Support and Generate <strong>sales reports, dashboards, and insights</strong></li>
<li>Support forecasting and pipeline reviews </li>
<li>Coordinate between sales, finance, and delivery teams for smooth deal closures </li>
<li>Improve internal processes for efficiency and scalability</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Key Requirements</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>5–8 years of experience in <strong>Bid Management, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations</strong></li>
<li>Proven experience in managing <strong>RFPs/RFIs and end-to-end bid processes</strong>, with a focus on quality and timelines </li>
<li>Strong exposure to working with <strong>sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders</strong> in a fast-paced environment </li>
<li>Hands-on experience collaborating with <strong>Sales, Pre-sales, Product, Finance, and Legal teams</strong> for bid submissions </li>
<li>Good understanding of <strong>sales practices</strong>, including sales cycle, buying phycology, managing collateral, creating templates, and proposal content </li>
<li>Experience in handling <strong>Government tenders, bids, and Reverse Auctions (RA)</strong></li>
<li>Knowledge of <strong>CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)</strong> and basic sales reporting/analytics. </li>
<li>Good efficiency on usage of various MS office tools</li>
<li>Basic understanding of <strong>pricing, commercials, and contract terms</strong></li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to create <strong>clear and compelling proposals</strong></li>
<li>Ability to manage <strong>multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously</strong> with high attention to detail </li>
<li>Proactive mindset with focus on <strong>process improvement and operational efficiency</strong></li>
<li>Experience in supporting or mentoring <strong>junior team members (good to have)</strong></li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a <strong>dynamic, fast-paced environment</strong> with a high sense of ownership </li>
