It streamlines compute, orchestration, security, and observability, helping organizations in high-growth markets like India adopt AI faster, safer, and more cost-efficiently<strong>.</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <h2><strong>About The Role</strong></h2> <p>We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented&nbsp;<strong>Bid Manager&nbsp;</strong>to support our end-to-end bid management process while strengthening sales execution and efficiency, by also extending support on Sales operations. This role will play a key part in managing&nbsp;<strong>RFPs, RFIs, and strategic proposals</strong>, ensuring timely, and high-quality submissions.</p> <p>You will be responsible for identifying/ supporting relevant bid opportunities, while also contributing towards the creation of winning PQ &amp; TQs &amp; coordinating with&nbsp;<strong>sales, product, and cross-functional teams</strong>, and creating compelling, well-structured proposals. In addition, you will contribute to&nbsp;<strong>sales operations efforts</strong>&nbsp;by supporting the creation and management of sales, bid processes, collateral, improving content consistency, and streamlining internal processes.</p> <p>This role requires a strong balance of&nbsp;<strong>execution and collaboration</strong>, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You will also support&nbsp;<strong>sales operations activities</strong>, including monitoring CRM hygiene, support to track sales pipelines, and assisting with reporting and coordination across teams.</p> <p>Based in India, Mumbai, this role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to improve proposal quality, enhance sales processes, and drive overall business impact through the&nbsp;<strong>Neysa AI Cloud platform</strong>.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ol> <li><strong> Bid Management</strong></li> </ol> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end&nbsp;<strong>RFP / RFQ / RFI response management</strong></li> <li>Demonstrated experience in managing<strong>&nbsp;bidding processes, including tenders and Reverse Auctions (RA) on various Government/ PSUs/ Sem-government and enterprise tendering portals.</strong></li> <li>Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to create compelling proposals&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage timelines, compliance, and submission quality&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain repository of past proposals, templates, and contribute to creation of reusable contents</li> <li>Partner with leadership to refine&nbsp;<strong>value propositions and positioning</strong>&nbsp;in participating bids</li> <li><strong>Analyze bid outcomes to improve win rates.</strong></li> </ul> <h3><strong>2. Sales Operations&nbsp;</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Support and Administrate CRM hygiene (pipeline tracking, deal updates, reporting)&nbsp;</li> <li>Support and Generate&nbsp;<strong>sales reports, dashboards, and insights</strong></li> <li>Support forecasting and pipeline reviews&nbsp;</li> <li>Coordinate between sales, finance, and delivery teams for smooth deal closures&nbsp;</li> <li>Improve internal processes for efficiency and scalability</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Key Requirements</strong></h2> <ul> <li>5–8 years of experience in&nbsp;<strong>Bid Management, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations</strong></li> <li>Proven experience in managing&nbsp;<strong>RFPs/RFIs and end-to-end bid processes</strong>, with a focus on quality and timelines&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong exposure to working with&nbsp;<strong>sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders</strong>&nbsp;in a fast-paced environment&nbsp;</li> <li>Hands-on experience collaborating with&nbsp;<strong>Sales, Pre-sales, Product, Finance, and Legal teams</strong>&nbsp;for bid submissions&nbsp;</li> <li>Good understanding of&nbsp;<strong>sales practices</strong>, including sales cycle, buying phycology, managing collateral, creating templates, and proposal content&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in handling&nbsp;<strong>Government tenders, bids, and Reverse Auctions (RA)</strong></li> <li>Knowledge of&nbsp;<strong>CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)</strong>&nbsp;and basic sales reporting/analytics.&nbsp;</li> <li>Good efficiency on usage of various MS office tools</li> <li>Basic understanding of&nbsp;<strong>pricing, commercials, and contract terms</strong></li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to create&nbsp;<strong>clear and compelling proposals</strong></li> <li>Ability to manage&nbsp;<strong>multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously</strong>&nbsp;with high attention to detail&nbsp;</li> <li>Proactive mindset with focus on&nbsp;<strong>process improvement and operational efficiency</strong></li> <li>Experience in supporting or mentoring&nbsp;<strong>junior team members (good to have)</strong></li> <li>Ability to thrive in a&nbsp;<strong>dynamic, fast-paced environment</strong>&nbsp;with a high sense of ownership&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why This Role is a Unique Opportunity at Neysa</strong></p> <p>At&nbsp;<strong>Neysa</strong>, you’ll work on&nbsp;<strong>modern, cloud-native platforms</strong>&nbsp;that power AI and high-scale workloads.
