Come join the team!</p> <p><strong>The Opportunity: </strong></p> <p>Designs, develops and manages activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Serves as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution. Involvement lasts throughout all stages of a product’s life-cycle including modifications, upgrades and maintenance of the product or product line. Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies. Works with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).</p> <p><strong>As the Business Manager, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Lead product strategy</strong> for the Washing Machine category, including long‑term roadmap development, business case creation, and market positioning.</li> <li><strong>Drive cross‑functional alignment</strong> with R&amp;D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, and Marketing to execute product launches and enhancements.</li> <li><strong>Evaluate market opportunities</strong> by overseeing in‑depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform product decisions.</li> <li><strong>Own pricing strategy</strong>, promotional direction, and margin management to ensure the product line meets revenue and profitability targets.</li> <li><strong>Recommend and prioritize product enhancements</strong> to improve user experience, performance, and competitiveness.</li> <li><strong>Develop and manage go‑to‑market strategies</strong>, including launch plans, messaging, and training content for internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Monitor product performance</strong> post‑launch and lead corrective actions to address issues or capitalize on opportunities.</li> <li><strong>Guide complex system or configuration requirements</strong> in partnership with technical teams.</li> <li><strong>Present strategic insights and recommendations</strong> to senior leadership and global counterparts.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.</li> <li><strong>7+ years of experience</strong> in product management, category management, strategic marketing, or related fields within consumer electronics, appliances, or other high‑tech industries.</li> <li>Proven success managing end‑to‑end product lifecycles, including roadmap development, cross‑functional leadership, and P&amp;L or margin accountability.</li> <li>Strong analytical capability with proficiency in MS Office—especially Excel—plus experience with data‑driven decision‑making.</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.</li> <li>Bilingual proficiency in <strong>English and Korean</strong> strongly preferred due to frequent collaboration with HQ.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Recruiting Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$112,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$140,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Benefits Offered Full-Time Employees:</strong></p> <ul> <li>No-cost employee premiums for you and your eligible dependents for competitive medical, dental, vision and prescription benefits.</li> <li>Auto enrollment with immediate vesting of competitive company matching contributions in a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with several investment&nbsp;options.</li> <li>Generous Paid Time Off program that includes company holidays and a combined bank of paid sick and vacation time. &nbsp;</li> <li>Performance based Short-Term Incentives (varies by role).</li> <li>Access to confidential mental health resources to help you and your loved ones improve your quality of life.
