Why Choose The Cheshire Center?
- Outstanding CF Program: Our Clinical Fellowship program goes beyond meeting ASHA and state requirements. We offer structured mentorship, peer support, and bilingual-specific guidance to help you launch your career with confidence.
- Veteran SLP Leadership: Our management team is comprised entirely of experienced SLPs who understand the work and are committed to supporting your growth — with bilingual mentors available!

- Established and Trusted: With over 40 years of service to the Triad community, The Cheshire Center is a leader in pediatric speech therapy in the region.
- Increased Pay Scale for Bilingual Therapists:
We offer enhanced compensation for bilingual SLPs as part of our commitment to serving diverse communities and recognizing the value of your language skills.
What We're Looking For:
We seek energetic, self-motivated, and empathetic clinicians who are passionate about working with children and families, and committed to delivering high-quality, culturally responsive care.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CFs welcome to apply)
- ASHA CCCs preferred (or eligible Clinical Fellows)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Willingness to travel locally to client locations (homes, schools, daycares, etc.)
- Clinical skills in screening, evaluation, and treatment of the pediatric population
