We have developed strategic cooperative partnerships with leading ocean carriers and logistics service providers such as COSCO Shipping, Maersk Line, Sinotrans, etc.</p> <p>We have built up the ocean and air transport network from China to the world and introduced a series of innovative product offerings such as the First-class FCL, First-class LCL, First-class Air Freight, realizing online quotation, online order, online logistics tracking and other abundant functions, to build a more efficient and intelligent cross-border supply chain logistics.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3 data-section-id="91yrho" data-start="336" data-end="360"><strong data-start="340" data-end="360">Responsibilities</strong></h3> <p></p> <p>• Receive and process inbound shipments by verifying quantities, inspecting product conditions, and ensuring accurate receiving procedures<br>• Accurately enter inbound inventory data into the warehouse management system and maintain inventory accuracy<br>• Coordinate putaway operations and organize inventory according to warehouse standards and location requirements<br>• Handle exception cases such as damaged, missing, or mislabeled products and communicate with related teams for resolution<br>• Monitor inbound operational tickets and assist with inventory adjustments, transfer requests, and receiving follow-ups<br>• Maintain organized inbound documentation and generate inventory or receiving reports as needed<br>• Support daily warehouse operations and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor</p> <h3 data-section-id="eu7ne2" data-start="885" data-end="905"><strong data-start="889" data-end="905">Requirements</strong></h3> <ul data-start="906" data-end="1312"> <li data-section-id="e6pi47" data-start="906" data-end="959">Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.</li> <li data-section-id="1e3o2h6" data-start="960" data-end="1023">Able to communicate effectively in English on a daily basis</li> <li data-section-id="1bbyfce" data-start="1024" data-end="1073">Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li> <li data-section-id="1tebt47" data-start="1074" data-end="1134">Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li> <li data-section-id="vrcczd" data-start="1135" data-end="1187">Detail-oriented, patient, and highly responsible</li> <li data-section-id="1p8eh5u" data-start="1188" data-end="1240">Strong organizational and time management skills</li> <li data-section-id="74kg5f" data-start="1241" data-end="1312"><strong data-start="1243" data-end="1310">Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus, but not required</strong></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> </div> </div> <div class="jd-section-job-type"> <p class="jd-description-text"><strong>Job Type</strong>: Full-time</p> <p class="jd-description-text"><strong>Work Location</strong>: In person</p> <p class="jd-description-text"><strong class="css-1655dm5 e1wnkr790">Starting Pay:</strong> $17.00 per hour + OT</p> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div>
