Come join us!</p> <p><strong>Role Description</strong><br>We are looking for a full-time remote Patient Representative excited about creating a high&nbsp;quality patient experience and contributing to the smooth operations of multiple busy women’s&nbsp;health practices. This individual is outgoing and detail-oriented, and has strong problem-solving&nbsp;skills to tackle challenges with empathy and creativity.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong><br>Serve as overflow support to multiple practices by, answering and working incoming calls<br>and messages</p> <ul> <li>Answer and triage incoming phone calls and app messages from our current<br>patients</li> <li>Act as the second line of call for incoming calls from new patients</li> <li>Answer incoming phone calls from other stakeholders (e.g., external medical<br>provider offices, start incoming referral requests)</li> <li>Check and respond to voicemail and after hours messages</li> </ul> <p>Support patient scheduling:</p> <ul> <li>Schedule patients from incoming phone calls</li> <li>Conduct no show and cancelation follow-up</li> <li>Support schedule re-shuffles (e.g., when provider is called out)</li> <li>Work through appointment ticklers</li> <li>Support central communications intake and follow up through various mediums</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>Work Schedule (Eastern Standard Time Zone):</strong><br>● Must be available Monday through Friday, hours between 9:00a-6:00p</p> <p><strong>Experience / Qualifications:</strong><br>● Minimum of two years of medical receptionist or customer service experience and/or&nbsp;training<br>● Excellent communication skills<br>● Ability to solve practical problems in various situations<br>● Must have the ability to multitask</p> <p><strong>Benefits</strong><br>● Competitive compensation<br>● Health; dental &amp; vision, with an HSA/FSA option<br>● 401(k) with employer match<br>● Paid time off<br>● Paid parental leave</p> <p><strong>Diana Health Culture</strong><br>● Having a growth mindset and striving for continuous learning and improvement<br>● Positive, can do / how can I help attitude<br>● Empathy for our team and our clients<br>● Taking ownership and driving to results<br>● Being scrappy and resourceful</p>
